Rainbow Rice(TM) has been produced by Highlanders International(a company famous for brown rice tea) in conjunction with Singapore Poly students. They won as the Grand Winner of 2007 SFMA(Singapore Food Manufacturer's Association) contest.
Rainbow Rice is made up of brown rice, mushroom, seaweed, and several bean types. It is a wholesome & nutritious food which can be served as a meal or prepared as a dessert.
